Mary Had a Little Lamb

Well, the Feast of the Assumption is coming. So I'll talk about Mary.
I don't know where I heard it from, but apparently the children's song we sing, "Mary had a Little Lamb" may be a hymn. The lamb is Jesus, the Lamb of God.

Here are the lyrics:

Mary had a little lamb ,
Its fleece was white as snow;
And everywhere that Mary went,
The lamb was sure to go.

He followed her to school one day;
Which was against the rule;
It made the children laugh and play;
To see a lamb at school.

"Why does the lamb love Mary so?"
The eager children cry;
"Why, Mary loves the lamb, you know,"
The teacher did reply.

Well, I'm really not sure whether it was meant to be a hymn, but I came across this picture online. I believe it is speaks about the school shootings that happen in America.
